Your hosts, Joseph and Pauline, have many years of experience in the tradition of European hoteliers and Seniors Care. Joseph owned and managed a hotel in the Bavarian Alps for 15 years which catered primarily to active seniors. Joseph is a gracious host and accomplished chef who understands the importance of creating meals that not only look and taste great, but which also provide balanced nutrition.

Pauline has worked in the Canadian Seniors environment for many years. She has become a friend and favourite daughter to many because of the respectful and considerate care she bestows on everyone. Pauline quickly puts people at ease and is intuitive regarding the unspoken wishes and needs of those in her care.
